CONCEPT

In 2023, I traveled for a month to Vienna, Austria with Umbau, a design school founded by JMU Professor William Tate. The Vienna studio, as part of Umbau, allows students to observe, study, and be inspired by the very best designers and artists. Following the trip, I took the initiative of designing the Umbau's 2023 Vienna Studio book which organized and recapped our entire month’s experience while in Austria. Upon completion, a total number of 250 copies were printed and distributed across the United States and Austria to the handful of talented, diverse, and unique designers that we were able to visit during our month’s journey.
